因體重熊內部配重具有一定重量且高度集中，絕對禁止將其作為「增重毯」、「冷靜毯」等用途覆蓋或壓迫於嬰幼童身上，以免造成呼吸受阻或窒息等生命危險。
嬰幼童於抱持把玩時，家長務必全程於一旁陪伴照護。若因消費者個人不當使用、無視上述警告而造成之任何意外，本品牌恕不負相關法律與賠償責任。

1. Custom-Made Product Policy As our Weighted Bears are custom-made to order, according to the Consumer Protection Act, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the production process has begun.

2. Product Safety and Use Disclaimer

Purpose of Use: All works by Toheartworld (hereinafter referred to as “the Brand”) are designed for “Commemorative Keepsake and Home Decor” purposes only. They have NO medical or therapeutic functions.
Strict Warning: Due to the concentrated weight of the bear, it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use this product as a “Weighted Blanket” or “Calming Blanket” placed over or on top of infants or toddlers. Doing so may cause serious risks of suffocation.
Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times when children are handling the product. The Brand shall not be held liable for any accidents or damages resulting from improper use or failure to follow these safety warnings.
