1. Is checkout processed in SGD?
Our website checkout is processed in TWD. SGD prices shown on this page are approximate reference estimates for Singapore customers. The final charged amount may vary depending on your card issuer’s exchange rate and any international transaction fees.
2. How long does production take?
General production takes about 10–12 working days after payment is completed and all custom details are confirmed. This does not include international delivery time to Singapore.
3. Do you ship to Singapore?
Yes. Orders are handmade in Taiwan and shipped to Singapore via SF Express. SF Express transit usually takes around 5 working days after dispatch, but the actual delivery time may vary due to logistics, customs, holidays or weather conditions.
4. Are customs duties or GST included?
The listed package includes the bear, custom embroidery and standard SF Express shipping from us at checkout. Any local customs duties or taxes, such as Singapore’s GST on imported goods, are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Can I request rush production?
Rush production may be available depending on the current schedule, selected style and whether all custom details have been submitted. The rush production fee is NT$500 per bear, approximately SGD $20–25 for reference only. Rush production does not include faster international delivery and does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
6. Is the wedding pair rush fee charged once or per bear?
Rush production is charged per bear. For wedding pairs or multi-bear orders, the rush fee applies to each bear that requires rush production because each bear needs its own production schedule, embroidery check and weight adjustment.
